So I decided to let the girls do some more baking and cooking. It's hard to let them in the kitchen because I just don't like the mess they make or having to worry about them cleaning it up. Actually, I think it's more of the fact that I like to do things myself. But in order for me to be a good mother, example and teacher I have to let them do things on their own. So I decided to let the three of them bake pumpkin bread. Even though it was from a box it's still good practice for them.

You are so right about that. I hated having them mess up the kitchen, etc. But now the older ones can cook a sunday roast, the whole shebang. It was sure worth it on those tasty days. Keep up the good work.
Sometimes it's just easier doing it yourself too! Looks like the girls had fun though. I wish I could have some of that pumpkin bread.
Rocky loved the pumpkin bread especially warm with vanilla ice cream on it. Um..um..ummm! It's long gone now. =0(
