Alegria - Cirque Du Soleil

The few times Rocky and I have been down to Vegas we've seen Ka and O by Cirque Du Soleil. We L.O.V.E. their shows. So we always talked about taking the girls to see them. But when you get the chance to go to Vegas, do you really want to take your kids with you?
Well fortunately, Cirque Du Soleil travels. And guess what? They came to Boise, Idaho. So of course we jumped at the opportunity to take our girls. Found a babysitter for Oloiso (thanks Auntie Summer), and took the girls. It was a surprise so they had no idea where we were taking them.
They were performing at the Taco Bell Arena so we purchased tickets and surprised our girls.
They still have no idea what it's about but excited any ways.
Then they saw the show and were just amazed. They loved it!
Money well spent to see the excitement and awe on their faces during the performance.
You can't take pictures during the performance so I had to get some off the Internet.

We would definitely recommend this to anyone. It was a wonderful time spent with our girls.

This smile is Infectious

So this is how I found my baby boy when he woke up this morning. How did he get his arm out? Crazy kid!
This has to be one of my absolutely favorite pictures of this little guy. I just LOVE his smile and his cute little face. Sporting the beanie nana made him.

Our little guy is getting around just fine and getting into everything. One of his favorite things to do is to climb on the stack of diapers. His cute little face and his tiny hands.

Now tell me. . .this smile makes you want to smile, right? Such a bright, happy face.

Trunk or Treat

I took the girls to the ward trunk or treat Halloween party. Good food, good company. Yeah, I didn't have an outfit to dress Olo in. Sorry.

The girls dressed up as . . . I'm not really sure.

Olo trying to wear Olivia's wig. The thing is bigger than he is.

Is this considered child abuse?
Ha! Nonetheless, it cracks us all up. Including baby.

Two Peas in a Pod

These two can always get me to smile. Oloiso playing with his daddy!
They both adore each other.
Daddy kept pushing his head down and Olo would pop it up. He thought it was a funny game.

Halloween Fun 2010

Selena will make a good mother one day. She is such a huge help when it comes to the babies.

Selena can also bake. Here she is making cupcakes for the kids to decorate for Halloween.

The kids decorating. Olo's first Halloween. He's not having so much fun decorating.
Sora, Olivia, Tristan, Selena & Trina.

A premonition of what the haunted world will be like.

It was all good and fun until we went through the haunted house and corn maze. Um yes, I was stuck up in the front to take the lead. Why? Because nothing scares me. While I had Sora permanently attached to my arm. Summer had Olivia. And Scott had both Tristan & Trina. The other three (Selena, Hayden & Shasta) clung to each other.

Fun times!
So we took the kids through the haunted house first. Well, that was quite interesting. As soon as I can figure out how to download my video to this new computer I'll have to add the video. Hilarious to me but not so much fun for others. I'll just have to say that Summer used some colorful language and Olivia was screaming her head off and crying hysterically. We had to do some serious convincing to get her to go through the corn maze. Otherwise, I would have had to sit in the truck with her while everyone else went through. Didn't really want to waste $21.00 for each of us sitting outside. So she sucked it up and went through. At least it wasn't as bad as the haunted asylum. All I got to say is FUN TIMES!
