Sushi - Need I Say More?

We opened our second All You Can Eat Sushi Restaurant & Bar in Nampa, Idaho in March of this year. We are excited and hope sales increase. In the meantime, we love to eat at our restaurant.

Fried salmon skin hand rolls. Doesn't sound all that appetizing but I was surprised at how yummy they were. One of Rocky's favorites.

BBQ #1

Rocky's mom, sister and niece came for a visit. And guess what we do? We bar b que. Hehehe! When we BBQ we do it island style. We cook a pig in the ground. Below is Olivia bringing the wheel barrel to collect the piggy.

Ahhh...poor little piggy.

My question is, why does it take 4 yes I said four YOUNG men to throw my husband in the pool? Yeah, that's right my man can still handle his own.

All Islander Softball Tournament

The All Islander Softball Tournament was hosted in Reno, Nevada this year. Pictured below is Rocky's team. We played at a new softball complex this year and the fields were made of that new astro turf stuff. Very different to play on.

Rocky got a bad hop while playing catcher, the ball split his brow open and gave him a nice shiner. In all the years I've watched him play, I've never seen him get hurt. But he toughed it out and continued to play through out the tournament. What a trooper!

Dinner @ Geri's

Geri was so gracious to host a dinner at her home in Riverside. This was a chance for both sides of the family to get to know each other. She had a photographer there to take pictures of each individual family. Those pictures are in a previous post. She rented a bouncy house for the kids and it was just a good time to hang out. Someone (Rocky) got tired and decided to take a nap underneath the pool table.

I didn't get to take many pictures because I was too busy taking care of a little someone. Here he is pictured with his Grandpa and Kalia. She was quite the little mama.

Lisa's House

So I'm still playing catch up on my posts. This is our trip to San Diego during the summer. We stayed with Lisa and her family.

Olivia was so kind as to entertain Kai by putting puppets on her hands and feet.
